Delivery time

As we produce most products on request we have the following lead-times:

Wooden-Textiles (plaids, lamps, tablerunners): 4-6 weeks

Wooden rugs: 6-8 weeks

Ceramic-Tables: 4-6 weeks

Ceramic Mirrors: 2-6 weeks

If you require a faster delivery we may be able to organize a shorter lead-time. In this case please contact us via email.

As we produce on request and sell unique handmade products we do not offer a regular option to return the pieces you ordered.
If you should not be happy with your design object please contact us to discuss options to exchange or return the piece.

We will make sure your design object is fully insured and carefully packed for the transport. Please check the condition of the parcel from outside and if possible also open the package before signing for the delivery. Especially if the packaging looks damaged from outside please check if the content is in good condition. If your design object should be damaged please make sure that this is marked in the delivery documents and contact us immediatly. We will make sure you receive a replacement.
